Supporting mothers through every season of motherhood with care and compassion, inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda.  My work invites you to slow down, find balance, and come home to yourself; mind, body, and soul.

Hi, I am Heather

Becoming a mother changed me.  It was both an unraveling and a coming home.  Postpartum was the hardest season of my life, one that softened me, stretched me, and rebuilt me all at once.

The more I learned about postpartum care, the more I realised how much I hadn’t known, and that was devastating.  But it lit a fire in me to do better; for myself, for my daughter, and for all mothers.  Discovering postpartum doulas and the deeply nurturing work they do was a turning point, and becoming one myself became a huge part of my own healing.  

 

Over time, my path led me to massage, inspired by the beautiful practice of Ayurveda.  I fell in love with the healing power of touch and the way it allows mothers (at any stage) to feel held.

 

Today, my work is centred on creating a safe space where mothers can step away from giving to everyone else, and instead receive.  A place to rest, to soften, and to reconnect with themselves.  Because mothers need just as much nurturing as their children

I live in Surrey with my husband and daughter, and I’m here to remind you: you matter, too.

I provide a safe space to breathe, be seen, and be nurtured; whether you’re preparing for your baby, navigating the early days, or moving through the ongoing journey of motherhood.  My aim is to help you feel supported, grounded, and nourished.  My spaces are a place to pause, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the care you deserve as you step into each new chapter of motherhood.
